Mike has been actively involved in leading the firms’ capital projects for twenty-four years and has completed projects in over twenty-three public school districts. His reputation for remaining calm and cool in the midst of a capital project’s most difficult challenges provides a level of professionalism that serves our clients well. He is highly regarded for his project innovation and public presentations. As the new owner, Mike continues the Gordon W. For over 35 years, he has dedicated himself to the profession with a specialty in public school architecture. Having led his clients through projects totaling over two hundred million dollars in construction costs, he has experience in managing large and complex projects. Known for his personal caring, his exceptional work has created many longstanding relationships amongst the western New York educational community. With attributes of practicality and cost-effective design, he consistently brings his projects in on time and under budget.

Stephen R. Di Matteo

The experience in project management gained by Stephen developed with his start at the firm back in 1987. Leading as project manager for 23 separate school districts, his work is spread throughout western New York. He leads the firm in writing specifications and maintains an expertise in providing financial analysis and maximum building aid for all of our school clients. He also excels in the area of consolidation analysis and long range planning.
